Fabrication

We fabricate specialty piping components that meet the virtual zero-tolerance requirements of today's highly demanding industries. 

At our 5,000 square-foot facility, we fabricate 1/2" to 24" NPS piping assemblies, utilizing GTAW and SMAW welding processes.

Orbital welding, (automated GTAW), is the process utilized to fabricate our process piping spools for pharmaceutical and micro-electric applications. 

We routinely weld from 1/4" to 6" outside diameter tubing, all in accordance with approved ASME Sect IX, welding procedures.

To reduce lead times, we maintain an on-hand inventory of commonly used materials and pre-assemble components in our shop.

This enables us to improve productivity and quality, at the same time reducing any jobsite clutter and day to day interruptions to your operations. 

We can provide an array of prefabricated piping spools to skid-mounted process systems delivered to your facility for a safe, precise installation.
